Rush of Fools at CCM ARTISTS - Christian Artists & Bands

RUSH OF FOOLS

Starting up as a small band in Alabama, Rush of Fools had only played for a short time before entering a Christian rock competition called “Band with a Mission”. Winning the contest, they received attention from record labels, including Midas Records, with whom Rush of Fools soon recorded and released their self-titled debut album in 2007. Their very first single, “Undo” rang out across the nation number one on charts and stayed there for seven weeks. It was also listed in the top 10 Christian songs the first week it hit iTunes. Rush of Fools became an overnight sensation.

The band’s name was taken from the Biblical passage, 1 Corinthians 1:26-31. “God is a very independent, self-sustaining God. We can write out our map, our journey of what we want to do with our life, but God is above all of that,” believes Kevin. “Our encouragement would be to seek first His kingdom as a believer and that His plans and His ways are higher.”
